Encaustic Artwork revisits an ancient medium with a modern twist, using a low-temperature iron to apply molten wax to card to create truly unique pictures.

King Stodge makes greetings cards and bookmarks featuring her encaustic beeswax artwork. The coloured beeswax gives a high gloss finish, with the metallic and flourescent waxes adding extra-special impact.

These one-off pictures are supplied with an envelope or are equally suitable for framing.
